Skoda Citigo-e – Electric

This is for an initial 30 minutes diagnosis time for a fixed price of £60 which includes fault scan, up-to-date manufacturer technical bulletins checked, road test, visual inspection and more. We then send a video report to the customer with the findings and a quotation for the repair, or advise if further diagnosis time is needed for complex issues with an estimated cost and description on what we need to do for the additional diagnosis.

Service Includes:

• 1. Reported Fault and Warning Lights:
• Check if any warning lights are currently on.
• Note the reported fault.
  
• 2. Road Test Readiness:
• Assess whether the vehicle is safe for a road test (consider tyre condition, engine oil level, and fuel level).
  
• 3. Fault Replication:
• Determine if the fault can be replicated or confirmed.
  
• 4. Diagnostic Scan and Technical Bulletins:
• Perform a diagnostic scan if applicable.
• Check for relevant technical bulletins (TPIs).
  
• 5. Visual Inspection:
• Inspect the vehicle visually for areas of concern.
• Document any faults found.
  
• 6. Repair Details:
• Specify required repairs.
• Include additional notes if necessary.
  
• 7. Cost and Parts:
• Estimate costs and identify required parts.
• Calculate labour time and subtotal.

• Test horn functionality.
• Inspect external vehicle lighting.
• Check wiper blades and washers.
• Verify headlight washer operation (if applicable).
• Check for dashboard warning lights.
• Inspect under-bonnet fluids and top up if needed.
• Evaluate the cooling system.
• Examine front and rear brakes.
• Check steering components and wheel bearings.
• Evaluate shock absorbers and suspension springs.
• Assess anti-roll bars, bushes, and links.
• Inspect suspension bushes and joints.
• Check driveshafts and CV gaiters.
• Identify any additional items found during service.
• Set and reset tyre pressures (TPMS).
